Solitary
confinement

Peaceful
resting place

Mow the
grass stain logs

Clean the
eaves trough hike to beach

Cook the
meals fun sleep

Sun low over
lake

Gentle
breeze blowing high clouds

Puncture
rising moon

_________

Root from
ages past

Prone on
beach long shadow cast

Sundown foretells
rain

_________

Ghostly tree
cradle

Embraces
rising full moon

Infant rises
shines

_________

Flicker
dancing flames

Heat from
embers pierces the cold

Friendships
warm the heart

_________

Raindrops
succumb to sun

Evaporation
cools earth

Gloom
replaced by hope

_________

Rain pours
from the sky

Awakened by
vibrations

Metal roof
like friends

_________

Red Fox came
calling

Looked
around left deposit

Washed by
rain in night

_________

Dogwood
leaves red green

Showcase
contrasting berries

Friends do
same for us
